Shipping & Handling

All U.S. orders are shipped USPS using First-Class Mail, Priority Mail or Media Mail. It is at our discretion to Ship Priority Flat rate if it weighs to much to ship Regular Priority Mail or First Class Mail.
Some Larger items my be shipped UPS or FedEx, this will be shown in item description.

All of Our Orders ship with tracking number and we will send Tracking information to buyer after order has been shipped.

NO APO/ FPO allowed.

We Do Not ship International and Overseas at this time.

 Order Processing Time

Standard shipping orders ship within 3 to 5 BUSINESS days from time payment clears.

Express shipping orders ship within 2 to 3 BUSINESS days from time payment clears.

Returns Policy

No Refunds for items Sold AS IS or for Items marked as No Refunds.

All returns require a Returns Authorization number sent to you by us through email.

Returns are excepted for

  • Items that are not same as ordered, ( Example – You ordered a ring and a necklace was sent by mistake, this is a very rare occurrence but it could happen). We will refund original shipping cost and the cost of return shipping.
  • Orders damaged during shipping we will refund original shipping cost and the cost of return shipping. Please do not return to us before contacting us about damages items. Save all packing materials because we will make arrangements for mail carrier to pick up damaged item before we send a refund. If mail carrier does not pick the item up we will not refund item.
  • Lost items during shipping we will refund purchase price and original shipping for items lost during shipping. All of our shipments have a tracking and delivery conformation notice and we will not refund if carrier says it was delivered to your address. 
  • Buyer changed their minds, (Buyer Remorse). There will be a 30% restocking fee on all these returns. We do not pay for return shipping or refund original shipping cost.

For items that are damaged in shipping, contact us to arrange carrier to pick up item that was damaged and all packaging.

No Returns will be accepted without return authorization number.

Return arrangements must be made within 3 business days from time you receive your purchase, (so make sure to contact us within 3 business days to arrange returns).

All returns must be postmarked within 2 business days from when return Authorization number was sent out by us

No refunds are given until we receive the product you shipped back to us, in same condition it was in when shipped to you. Refunds are given back the same way the payment was made to us, (PayPal Usually).

For lost or damaged items during shipping please contact us, Do not return without contacting us.

PayPal is the only form of payment we accept right now.
We DO NOT accept money orders, checks or bank transfers / direct deposits.

We process all our orders through PayPal secure website payments, even though we have a security certificate / SSL certificate.

Credit cards are accepted through PayPal Only at this time. You do not have to be a PayPal member or have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card using PayPal.

Please DO NOT send cash, as we will not be responsible if it does not arrive.

Fine Jewelry Disclaimer

Buyer understands that I am not a professional gemologist. I test all fine jewelry with JSP acid. All diamonds tested with diamond tester.

Photos are of actual item for sale look at photos and decide if you want to buy.

So what information we do collect is safe and secure and we share only the information which is necessary with third parties that are involved in processing your order. A Little About Our Photos - Color DISCLAIMER

We take photos under bright lights and try to offer larger photos for better viewing. Colors may vary slightly from photos, depending on your monitor. All photos are taken under bright lights and colors and tones WILL vary on different displays.

My computer is calibrated with colors of my Nikon Camera. Colors on my computer look like colors of products. Colors may look different on your computer screen. I have tried to included name of colors in written description. If you have any questions please ask BEFORE bidding or buying.

Sales are for name of colors in written description along with photos. Colors that vary in hue and tones that are very similar to described will not be refunded.

If you have questions about our treasures or need additional photos, please ask before purchasing. (Note: If the photos seem too dark, please adjust your monitor and / or use IE explorer.)
